Pets are allowed on our rentals. A $25 cleaning fee will be charged for pets only. No fee is charged for normal rentals.
We do not offer a boat captain for any rentals at this time.

Non-holiday rental: Canceling reservation 24 hours or more before the rental you are responsible for a $50 cancellation fee with the balance paid credited back to the credit card used.
Holiday Rental:
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the rental are responsible for the full rental amount. Those cancelling 48 hours or more before the rental are responsible for a $50 cancellation fee with the balance paid credited back to credit card used.
